1. Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to FastSewa Super Portal. By using our website, mobile application, or any services provided by us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our platform.

By clicking "I Agree" or by simply browsing the portal, you enter into a binding legal contract with FastSewa Facilities®.

2. Scope of Services

FastSewa acts as a technology aggregator and service facilitator. We connect users with verified professionals across various sectors including but not limited to:

Construction & Architectural Planning
Legal & GST Compliance Services
Medical Emergency Support & Nursing
Security Manpower (Guards & Bouncers)
Property & Land Verification

While we conduct background checks, the final service delivery quality is a joint responsibility of the assigned professional and the company.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Booking Fees: A nominal booking amount is collected to initiate service requests. This amount is adjusted against the final invoice.

3.2 Refunds: Refunds are eligible only if the service has not been initiated or assigned within 48 hours of payment. Once a professional is dispatched or a document process (like GST) starts, no refunds will be issued.

3.3 Taxes: All listed prices on the portal are exclusive of 18% GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your data security is our priority. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal details. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing firms. Information is only shared with the specific partner assigned to your task.

5. Limitation of Liability

FastSewa Super Portal and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. In cases of construction projects, users are advised to verify site measurements before making large material payments.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.
